Our product Absolut tradisjon- cold-smoked salmon is the winner of Det Norske Måltid 2019 in the seafood of the year category.
Det Norske Måltid is a competition for the best food and drink products in Norway. The jury consists of high competent members whitin the food industy.
Mikals Laks AS was established on 5 April 2000. We are a family-owned smokehouse that produces high-quality smoked and cured salmon for food-conscious customers. In addition to an expanding domestic market, we also sell our products to customers all over the world. Many world class chefs use our products; RENAA 3 star michelin resturant, Charles Tjessem winner of Bocuse d´Or and Christian Andrè Pettersen two times winner of the european Becuse d´Or.
