Vestlandslefsa with cured salmon and mustard sauce
Moist Vestlandslefsa on both sides under running water. Layer the lefse and cover each layer in plastic. After about 20 minuter spread a thin layer of mustard sauce and cover in sliced cured salmon. Roll them opp and cut in little pieces (approx. 5 per lefse).
Vestlandslefsa with smoked salmon and honey
As above, but now spread a thin layer of honey in the midle of the lefser, approx. 5 cm wide. Cover the lefse in thinly sliced smoked salmon. Ensure the lefse is rolled up to get honey on all the pieces (approx. 5 pieces per lefse).
