Smoked salmon tarts

Cut smoked salmon in small cubes, cut the herds and the sweet peppers. Roll out the butterdough. Cover small, buttered pie-dishes/muffin-dishes in dough. Fill the pie-dishes. Mix 1 egg and 1 dl heavy cream to pour over. Bake in the oven on 190-200 degrees celsius for 10-15 min.

You need:

  • 300 gr. whole smoked salmon
  • Shredded cheese
  • Fresh basil
  • Fresh tarragon
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • Butterdough (pre-made)
  • newly, ground pepper
