Smoked salmon in wok

Chop the vegetables (remove the bottom part of the asparagus). Cut the smoked salmon in cubes. Heat oil in a wok pan or iron pan, and sear the vegetables in the pan for 2-3 minutes. Remove the vegetables and keep warm. Put in the smoked salmon cubes. Mix everything. Taste with soy sauce or chili sauce. Serve with rice.

You need:

  • Approx. 400/500 gr. whole, smoked salmon

Vegetables:

  • Red petter
  • Sweet peas
  • Spring onion or leek
  • Green asparagus
