Salmon salad on salted crackers
Slice smoked salmon, pickles and eggs in small pieces. Mix mayonnaise, crème fraiche, pickles/gherkins, smoked salmon, lemon juice and eggs. Served on small ritz/salted crackers. Prepared right before serving.
- 500 gr smoked salmon
- 1 pack mayonnaise
- 1 pack crème fraiche
- Pickled cucumber/gherkins
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp lemon juice (or juice from pickled cubumber)
