Salmon salad on salted crackers

Slice smoked salmon, pickles and eggs in small pieces. Mix mayonnaise, crème fraiche, pickles/gherkins, smoked salmon, lemon juice and eggs. Served on small ritz/salted crackers. Prepared right before serving.

You need:

  • 500 gr smoked salmon
  • 1 pack mayonnaise
  • 1 pack crème fraiche
  • Pickled cucumber/gherkins
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp lemon juice (or juice from pickled cubumber)
