Toasted baguette with smoked salmon/cured salmon
Turn on the broiler and cut the baguette in thin slices. Place the sliced baguettes on a baking sheet and brush with oil. Toast the sliced baguette until crispy golden. Accent with red peppers and greens, and place thinly sliced smoked salmon or cured salmon on top. Add a dash of creme cheese or mustard sauce under the salmon for added taste. Prepare right before serving to avoid losing crispiness.
